Everytime the experience is better than ast time, the staff are outstanding. They treat you as family a d can not do enough to make your stay feel like home . The facilities Bar and pool second to none with excellent food .

Everything Great welcome, superb location, made to feel at home, excellent room, can’t fault anything - special mention for Mash on reception who was very welcoming

Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen. Die Decken im Raum waren dreckig und mussten ausgetauscht werden. Die Matratze waren schwer gebraucht und verdreckt. Man hat die Leute im Nachbarzimmer schnarchen hören können.

Ticked the boxes I required. Man on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff. Warm, quiet and comfortable. Clean, close to the train station, shops,a pub and town centre.

The location is great for the train station and the staff were very helpful. The hotel though is in need of some TLC and or a full update / renovation. That said excellent value and a solid breakfast.
