Hotel Mercure Torun Centrum

The rooms and exterior are a little dated and, in our room, we had both a broken wall socket and a broken lamp - the lamp was fixed quickly when we pointed it out to the team. The amenities are OK but for a four-star hotel you might expect a little more than you get.

We asked to change a room due to the bed being so small and despite being exceptionally busy the reception were most helpful offering us different rooms and an upgrade which we took giving us a much bigger bed and room for a small amount more. Excellent and helpful staff at all times

Fajny czysty hotel mila obsługa smaczne śniadania. Jedynie przeszkadzał hałas ulicy pomimo zamkniętych okien było dość głośno ale mieliśmy pokój od ulicy myślę ze po drugiej stronie by niebyło problemu. Bardzo blisko starego miast spacerkiem 5 min. Polecam

Clean good food good service beds could have done with better mattresses but they were bearable would stay again

The aicon started heating up the roo. In the night. We oppened the window in the end and as we had to get up early anyway the noise from outside was not an issue. I was in such a rush out of the hotel i forgot to mention it at the reception. The room Number was 517. Please pass this to the management. Otherwise the stay was very good. Thabk you.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Mecure Hotel and we were very pleased with it. It is definitely a 4 star as advertised with great service, comfortable rooms and an excelllent restaurant. What really stood out was that it wasn't centrally located near the Cinema City and Kopernic University while also being only a short 5 minute walk into central Torun (oldtown/stary miasto). So it has all the benefits of being in town without the noise. We will be going back.

Hotel located very close to Old town so everything within walking distance. Nice room, however the only disappointment we found was the beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses were covered with a thick plastic mattress cover which felt lumpy so unfortunately we didn't sleep well.

Walking distance to Old Town, Cinema bus and trainstation. Perfect location

It is conveniently located from Old Town, at a major intersection, so very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were also patient with me trying to make myself understood in Polish.
