"Convenient and Clean"

The hotel is located just outside the city center within easy walking distance of the town square. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

"Excellent"

Check-in staff were friendly and informative. Decor felt a little old and tired. The Bed was dreadful, felt very flimsy and weirdly for a double bed it was pushed up against a wall so only one person could get out of bed at the side.

my sister and I were 2 nights in Torun, hotel was in a fabulous location within walking distance to the town. Hotel itself very nice, quiet location, safe.

"Why is the water yellow?"

The first day I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. There was enough natural light, so didn't turn on the bathroom light. The next morning when I turned on the sink and shower, the water was yellow. What's up with that? It didn't make me sick, but I do wonder.

"Cookie-cutter business hotel"

All was fine. The hotel is nothing special, just a standard business hotel. 30zl for parking is ridiculous though, particularly when you can just park on the street around the corner.
