"A green hotel, suitable for short business stays, but slightly outdated in terms of structu"

The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area, which gives a relaxing “forest retreat” feeling. It’s a good option if you want to stay away from busy city environments. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated and could benefit from renovation, especially rooms and common areas. Comfort is acceptable, but for a business stay you might expect more modern standards and a bit more attention to detail.

Wir hatten ein Comfort-DZ gebucht, dass aber dann, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher-Hotel ist, völlig verraucht war!! Nicht akzeptabel! Gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir als Ersatz eine Suite bewohnen durften, die auch wirklich schön, sauber und gemütlich war! Der Frühstücksraum war auch sehr schön, aber laut!

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr laut! Die Brötchen alt, die Wurstauswahl vom Discounter, die Marmelade geschmacklos! 2xTassen Cappuccino konnten wir bekommen, dann waren beide Kaffeevollautomaten defekt und es gab keinen Kaffee mehr. Das Rührei wurde auch nicht nachgelegt! Wirklich sehr einfach!

Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück war gut.

Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht. Das Appartement Suite zu nennen ist sehr mutig. Die Couch war durchgesessen und abgeranzt. Trotz Beschreibung kein funktionierender Kühlschrank. Am vorletzten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, kein Bett gemacht und keine Handtücher gewechselt. Auch auf Nachfrage konnte der Mißstand nicht beseitigt werden. Im Restaurant bekam ich einen Burger der nicht genießbar war. Ich musste trotzdem bezahlen. Erst beim Auschecken wurde nach erneuter Beschwerde der Burger von der Rechnung genommen.

"Ruhe und Komfort nach einem ausgefüllten Arbeitstag"

Wirklich attraktive Lage, macht dem Namen "WALDhotel" alle Ehre, sehr ruhig, schöne Architektur, komfortables Zimmer, sehr gutes Servicepersonal. Hotel kommt auf meine Shortlist. :-)
