"One of the Better Best Western Plus Hotels in a Small Town"

The front desk was nice and accomodating. The lady put us near the laundry room and exit which was great and we had young kids. The breakfast was good and the seating area was ok. The room was modern and had adequate lighting in the bathroom. The layout of our hotel room was nice. I found the beds comfortable.

No automatic doors? Pretty backwards and made it difficult to bring luggage inside. There was no dolly nearby. I didn't like the lighting under the bed, it was not functional. The hotel building itself was a bit convoluted and it took time for you to walk all the way to the different areas.

"Okay but a couple of maintenance issues. Front desk staff not very friendly."

Large bkfst but lacked flavor Shuttle service was very helpful(we were there for St. Pattys Day).

There were a couple of things wrong in the room. Sink plug was stuck down and sink filled up and couldn’t empty. Had to brush teeth, wash hands in tub. Reading pen light attached to bed wouldn’t lock in and shut off so was on all night. We also had to pay extra to check in a little early.

I am exceptionally fussy about cleanliness and I was satisfied! Our room was clean, the breakfast room was clean, even the entrance and hallway were clean! There was an adequate breakfast with a couple gluten free options. We would stay again.
