Quando chegamos, nos colocaram em um quarto que eu ao entrar senti um cheiro de esgoto horrivel. Saí imediatamente e pedi outro quarto. O outro quarto estava ok, mas o ar condicionado não gelava. Passei calor todas as noites, não sei se por ser um quarto poente e ter sido no verão… cheguei a chamar o recepcionista que disse que a temperatura estava ok. Fora isso, atrás do hotel tem uma academia publica ao ar livre legal. Restaurante do hotel legal.

"Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. "

A very relaxing stay. A garden with beautiful greeneries. A pool for pleasure. Remarkably friendly and service minded staff. Good parking facilities. Bus service in to the city just outside the hotel. A very good breakfast. Food and beverage available. Room with ok space and comfortable beds. A lot of value for money! Coming back!

"Not a business hotel"

I was disappointed with this hotel. The room did not have a safe, nor did the people at the front desk have access to a safe. The hotel did not have ironing boards and the iron they had stained my shirt. Nor were there any laundry facilities at the hotel. The people at the front desk were all very young and could not make recommendations about places to eat or about travel options to the airport/Marseille.

"Exceeded expectations "

Great hotel for visiting Aix-en-Provence. The bus station next to the hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner du lundi de pentecôte. La panne de la machine à café : ce n'est pas grave . Mais la fontaine à eau appréciée la veille : il n'y en a pas. J'ai cherché les petites cuillères : ? Le pain ?? La veille de jolies tranches de pamplemousse. Le lundi : rien : mais rien de rien en fruit frais. Le mardi redevenait normal. Je pense sincèrement que cela méritait un geste d'Ibis pour ce petit déjeuner réglé d'avance. Nous n'avons eu aucune explication.

"Atendimento nota 10"

Hotel muito bom, atendimento ótimo, quarto espaçoso e limpo. Só o banheiro que era muito ruim, com meio box, molhava inteiro quando usa o chuveiro.
