Convenient location clean room and affordable. Air conditioning was underpowered on a hot day.

Clean, safe and excellent location.

Hotel is in a great location, convenient to the bus station and old town. We were allowed to check in early and the front desk and breakfast room help were great. Room was a little basic, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Nice location….nearby reasonable parking….comfortable room but as expected quite small….friendly helpful staff…good breakfast

Lots of homeless people sleeping under the stairs of this hotel by the water. Not what I was expecting or looking for. They looked drugged out and mentally ill. I would not have stayed here if I had known that in advance. It felt like we were on the edge of a sketchy area. The hotel itself was clean and served a good breakfast. The entry door has a surveillance camera and screen I guess to deter uninvited guests. It is close to the old area of Annecy which felt safe once we got to it, about 2 minutes away. I do not recommend this property because of the homeless people.

Our first room had a balcony and smelled like smoke, and I asked about it at the front desk and they immediately offered a new room. Great place to stay! Great location!

Mom and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is close to everything: about an 8-minute walk to the Gare D’Annecy, very close to all the restaurants, shops, Annecy lake and of course old Annecy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! There were eggs, sausages, pastries, cereals, cheeses etc. One side of the hotel has some strange characters hanging around, but you don’t need to walk on that side anyway. Very pleased with our stay!
