ibis budget Brussels Airport

Mattress was very comfortable and served as one of the best sleeps we had. We had a 3 person room and though it was tight, it worked out well for a one night stay.

Was a 20 minute walk to the train and grocery store. The hotel staff was not too friendly. breakfast was limited. Eggs would add the the breakfast experience.

Awful hotel. There was literally noise all night, woke us up so many times. Didn’t sleep at all. There was a silverfish insert in our room and they say once you see one of these, there are more. There was no restaurant or at least it wasn’t open. €14 for parking is steep. Area didn’t feel safe at all and was dirty. We were on the ground floor and didn’t feel comfortable keeping the windows open all night so it was so warm all night.

Prompt check in. Great value. Clean room.

The hotel clean and closer to airport. The staff are very friendly.

Nice property for when you are on a budget, staff were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall a great stay, can’t complain

The room felt like a box. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully so water leaked into the room. But the receptionists were helpful enough.

Hotel in very bad conditions for the price.

Close to the airport, but nowhere to dine close. Clean and cheap. Can't ask for much more. Recommend.

Disappointed that it was only after booking the non refundable rooms we were told about the EUR12 charge for parking and on arrival as the guest were drivers in a truck they were informed that they were not allowed to park anyway. At least we know for future and will not use your hotel.
