ibis budget Brussels Airport

I had an unpleasant experience at the ibis hotel. The guest services were very impolite, and to make matters worse, the room was extremely dirty. The lack of cleanliness and unfriendly staff made my stay highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my negative encounter.

Dont bother with the breakfast. No cooked breakfast. Just cold ham and cheese or bread

I was pleasantly surprised! For a 1 star hotel the facilities were clean, well maintained & staff were pleasant and courteous. I only stayed a night, so basic room was okay.

Hi this hotel not suitable for Business people or Family people the stuff are very unprofessional very bad customer service. Not helpful Not supportive We booked twine single beds but the beds are not standard single. Overall (0 Star)

VERY small room, no microwaves nor refrigerator nor coffee in the room. No hair dryer nor iron

Perfectly fine hotel. The attached restaurant was surprisingly good. Not within walking distance of anything else, but the tram and bus are close by.

Nothing positive to add I am afraid. Was woken up by noise on hallway, neighbour rooms and a baby. The place was overall in such bad condition and dirty that we left as soon as we could. The person in the reception was nice and helpful

Property was hard to locate/find. Could not access TV in the room. Air Condition is not working. Hair Dryer was not provided as part of amenities supposed to be. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean and relaxing. Was able to get food from the restaurant even after closing time.
