Staff was alright

Walked into the room and it smelled like Marijuana so I had to ask for a different room. Also early in the morning they were cutting the grass and the maintenance worker threw a rock through a window on the first floor with the weekender that woke my entire family up.

"On my worst mistakes list"

The young lady that checked me in was very sweet.

Where do I start… I was approached by one of the workers asking if I was single. He proceeded to watch me enter in to the first room I was given. Once entering the room I was greeted with the smell of cigarettes and weed. The pillows on the bed were a shade of yellow. The head board for the second bed was off the wall. There was what appeared to be pubic hair on the toilet seat. I went to desk to request another room, as I left this room the same man that had watched me go in the room watched me go to the desk. The second room was much cleaner until I turned the lights on. The floor had not been swept in months and there were roaches. The toilet seat had what appeared cigarette burns all over it. I spent most of my time away from the room due to not feeling comfortable with staff or the cleanliness of the room. I went back to the room for my check out to make sure I had gathered everything the night before ( my boyfriend didn’t let me stay the night due to everything) When I went to the desk I spoke with Mayurkumar Patel ( GM). I showed him the pictures and explained the stay or lack there of and he was more upset over the fact I had Checked in and not been the $20 early check in fee. He proceeded to charge my card. I asked him about compensation and he told me it was after checkout time so I was no longer a guest.

The price was excellent. Location was very good. Desk staff friendly and helped. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cleaning staff failed to take trash out and leave fresh linen. They took dirty linen but did not replinish. Had to ask for everything needed. Also killed a roach in the room. Could not get the A/C to work properly.
