Grounds not maintained to normal standard. Grass & shrubs needed cutting.

There were no toiletries apart from uni-soap in the bathroom.

We've stayed here many times over the last five years and it is definitely getting shabbier unfortunately, with regard to cleanliness of the room. I'm not sure if we'll stay here again or find an alternative hotel in the area for next time.

Best Ibis we've ever stayed in. Only opened March 2018, quite large (8 floors).
Friendly staff. Brilliant rooms with plenty of plugs where you want them and USB points.

Can always get a decent meal at a reasonable price until very late. Dogs are welcomed and good area of grass to walk & toilet your dog.

The room was a little bit larger than in other hotels in France of the same price. The breakfast was good. The parking lot is free and very convenient. The location is just near some large shopping center.
However, it is rather far away from to the center of Chartres.
The staff does not speak English at all, and was not very helpful.
