"On balance a good stay"

Male receptionist on arrival not welcoming. Just said room that way! Room fine, location good for one night stay on travels. Challon has plenty of alternative food options if the hotel offerings do not inspire. Breakfast staff and morning receptionist were welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was a good experience with adequate buffet.

Hôtel vieillissant, nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Tarif élevé par rapport à la prestation. Pas mieux qu'un hôtel B&B pourtant moins chère.

Die Lage nicht weit von der Autobahn ist gut geeignet für Durchreisende. Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind nicht deutlich besser als in einem Ibis Budget, aber es gibt eine Bar und kleines Restaurant, das schon ab 4 Uhr morgens Frühstück anbietet - das ist ein sehr guter Service, wenn man auf einer langen Fahrt ist. Der Zustand der Zimmer und insbesondere der Bäder ist aber schlecht. Sehr abgewohnt und das Bad war nicht sauber. Außerdem gibt es keine Steckdose im Bad.

"Great little hotel"

Really nice hotel, quiet position out of town. Only two floors but no lift. Breakfast good, staff great and aircon wonderful.

"Overnight Stay at Ibis Châlons en Champagne "

The hotel is situated in a great location on the outskirts of Châlons en Champagne. The room was clean, cosy and well designed with an en-suite shower room. The hotel is recently refurbished so feels modern and well looked after. It’s easy to access the main tourist sights from the hotel as well as lots of eateries, restaurants, bars in town and famous Champagne Houses. It’s a pet friendly hotel too which is fabulous when traveling with your doggy family members. A quiet location away from the busier town centre with quick access to the motorway. Breakfast is good with a typical continental themed buffet that has plenty to set you up for the day. Overall, a very good location for us to rest for the night and break up a long car journey.

cet hôtel ne correspond pas aux hôtels 3 etoiles IBIS loin de là tout est au minima c'est un ancien hôtel rénové au minima, tout est au minima seul l'accueil est excellent voire plus en la qualité du responsable de réception, particulièrement compétent, aimable, souriant, attentionné pour ses clients.. je vous conseille de visiter avant de proposer un trois étoiles IBIS, j'en pratique et celà n'a rien à voir, très déçu
