"Deserve 5* rating"

Our stay at St Pierre hotel in Guernsey was memorable. Staff was welcoming and cordial through out the resort and during our stay. facilities are superb. Special thanks to the front desk staff to make my wife’s birthday trip such a fantastic one. will certainly be back to St Pierre hotel, golf and spa in the near future.

"A lovely stay!"

Overall the stay was lovely! The main hotel and bedrooms are a bit tired but the grounds, golf facilities and health spa are fabulous! The main positive factor about the hotel is the friendly staff. They were the nicest on the island, by a long way!

Disappointed about having to ask about cleaning the coffee cups and spoons as well as providing the correct number of towels in the bedroom. Bar staff lack skills in doing special coffees and two unnecessary fire alarms were a nuisance

I am disabled and the lift on my floor wasn’t working the 5 days I was there. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. Floor wasn’t hovered and a lot of surface dust on the headboard. The robe wasn’t replaced after I left one for laundering. Water bottles weren’t replaced and I had a birthday card left in the room

Hotel does need modernisation and the rooms. However, restaurant, bar, health and spa are excellent. All of the staff were great, especially at breakfast. The managers were very helpful and accommodating.

We had 9 young footballers and 6 adults who were made to feel most welcome in our 5 triple rooms. Great facilities, good value and went the extra mile especially with early cooked breakfast and separate function room for our evening meal watching Champions League final. Opportunity to have a swim with nothing like it in Alderney
