I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the marvelous service from the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive—sumptuous with a wonderful variety. Whether you prefer local Thai dishes or Western classics, there is something delicious for everyone. However, the hidden gem here is the hotel’s bakery shop. It is exceptionally good! Do not leave without trying their pastries and breads. They are fresh, high-quality, and easily rival any standalone bakery in the city. If you are staying in Khon Kaen, the Heritage Grand is a superb choice. I highly recommend it!
