The breakfast is very good, the beds are ok but thats about it!

This is an old Pullman hotel with old carpets everywhere. The hotel is old and worn down, not clean and specially the pool area/staff is a big no no! Overpriced bad drinks/food with bad staff!

Used to be the main landmark hotel in Khon kean but we were staying during the change over of the management team. Great central location. Beautiful reception and breakfast area. Our room has a nice view facing bars below so, it can be noisy at night if your a light sleeper. I used the swimming pool and it was good enough for me.

Prior to check in we requested for 3 beds but on arrival room was not ready even after arrived for 10 mins. I think it was poor communication between reception desk and house keeper. The floor needs hoover and clean. House keeper was very friendly when she showed up.
