"Excellent"

Check in was easy and fast. The staff were nice and pleasant. The hotel is located in neustadt, right by the river and near many restaurants and stores. Alstadt is an easy walk of about 10 minutes, with plenty to see and do along the way. The hotel itself is fine. The room is spacious and has a very nice tv, but the bed is not comfortable; certainly too hard for my liking. That is the only negative comment i have though.

"Cozy and convenient."

Newly renovated and clean. Love the Scandinavian style renovation. Got a room facing the river and road, it can get noisy even with the window shut. Located above a shopping mall, many amenities nearby.

Hotels are for sleep. Arrived at 0200. No chance of sleeping all night due to elevator. 0700 finally sleep. 0900 housekeeper barged in room & woke up. Could hear her banging on doors down hall waking five more rooms up before finding a vacant room to service. 0915 next housepere bathers in room. T hi is hotel should be in the stay up no sleep business.

Location was good but the staff was very rude when I told her she over charged me. She continues to raise her voice and speaking about it is not her problem and denied what I had on my Expedia confirmation. It was a terrible experience.

"Small room at a very good location "

Very small room and bathroom, functional, very quiet and super convenient in downtown Strasbourg. Easy parking with a fee. Good wifi. No tea / coffee maker, no mugs. Toiletries.

"Good option"

Nice, large room. Comfortable for two. Big TV but no plug nearby so bring an extension cord if you're planning on plugging in a streaming stick. Easy access to the old town, just over the bridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is attached to a mall which I convenient if you need to do some quick shopping, but the mall does close on Sundays.

Comfortable beds! We got a room with an amazing view of the city and river. Room is small but clean and stylish. Staff was all very nice and check in/check out was a breeze. Very quick and easy walk to Petite France and Notre Dame.

Hotel is in very good condition, accommodations are basic but satisfactory but room was facing the street and very noisy a lot of people screaming on the street at 4:00 am in the morning
