"Avoid room 161 and close by above the kitchen."

Room allocated was comfy and clean. The room got very hot with sun beating in through the windows, had to fully open the windows to try to cool the room also with the room fan on full power. Had an issue with the room TV - no signal, ring reception, no answer, so fixed it myself.

Outside the open windows a very loud EXTRACTOR FAN ran ALL NIGHT which disrupted our sleep. Mentioned fan issue on check out to be given an apology only.

There was no hot water as the boiler was broken so could not take a shower. Very dated worn out carpet and not very clean. Hotel was locked up on arrival.

No hot water. Not very helpful staff.

"Not the best hotel stay we have had"

The hotel itself was beautiful the gounds were lovely and the bar area

The leisure facilities, they were dirty the pool shower next to the sauna smelt of urine, the pool water looked very unclean, and there was no jacuzzi as in the pictures online Our room had someone else's lash extention still in there and it did not look clean with dust on all surfaces
