Loved the dog bed and bowl left for our fur baby. It was truly dog friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful, took into consideration mobility issues. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good and 11am check out 😁

Menu was a bit limited for those with limitations on the food they can eat (no spice etc) and the cod and chips were over cooked.

Judith the lady in reception was very polite and helpful

There was a dog left alone in a room close to mine, which was barking periodically throught the evening until late The restaurant staff were very inattentive and casual The restaurant, is really a cafe/bar, where many people en-route to the spa, louter and chat without buying meals I had planned to stay two(and paid for two nights) but I cut short my stay ! as it was too unrelaxing...

Room comfortable and clean

The swimming pool was very good. Location suited us for a visit to family. Reasonable price.

Breakfast was adequate and needed some attention to detail and replenishing.

The hotel has a nice vibe. Very clean and quite modern. Breakfast was nice and they did poached eggs on request. Parking free. 2 pools and a spa with big gym were good. Big bathroom with shower and bath in separate.

The pools, spa and gym were more like a leisure centre in a hotel. The little pool had swimming lessons in for kids so not relaxing. The main pool had lots of people. Steam and sauna nice but not the relaxing spa we had hoped for. Room was very hot and aircon didn’t get cooler than 21 degrees. The beds were hard and the shower not as hot as it could be.
