Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa

The staff in restaurant were very accommodating to our needs , looking after our needs both at dinner and breakfast . Always hot water for showers , great sun loungers

The only minor was no Jacuzzi in the swimming area

Location was excellent for me, lots of parking available and not too big a hotel.

Some areas looked a bit tired and need In to have up dates- shower cubical. Bed making was a bit sloppy with mattress fitted sheets very crinkly and not fitting at all well.

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff,and quiet and relaxing.

The only downfall was no jacuzzi as it was a spa but it didn't ruin my stay.

Cooked breakfast had a good selection and was hot lots of healthy choices as well Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent a nice range of food on offer service and restaurant staff were excellent would highly recommend it

No dislikes For our short stay although we did not use most of the available facilities we found it a great place to stay and best of all was the restaurant experience fantastic

Lovely relaxing atmosphere staff couldn't do enough for u facilities were nice and spacing massage was amazing definitely he going back very gd

So many positives about our stay. Warm welcome on arrival with an unplanned early check in. Thankyou ! Facilities were adequate , pool, sauna lovely , enjoyed spending the afternoon soaking up the sun on the sun loungers. Nice atmosphere all in round the complex Food in restaurant was well presented and delicious , breakfast good selection and plenty of it. Room was cosy , nice extra to have a balcony , Complementary drinks in the mini bar , and coffee machine .

Coffee machine in room leaked when in use, Bottle of wine in the fridge was half empty on arrival . Room was rather hot in the night, only way to cool was to open the patio door , Coffee machine at breakfast temperamental !

Everything, food was overpriced and tasteless and service is hotel was terrible. Bedroom was dirty with a calling card for the cleaner left on the bed with a dirty cup stain on it. Disgusting
