El elevador hace ruidos, los cuartos y LAS CAMAS tienen pipi de perro, los aires acondicionados hacen tanto ruido que no te dejan dormir, los refrigeradores tienen comida del huésped anterior y el servicio en general es lento. No me volvería a quedar.

La atención del personal en el Check In/Out Las recamaras se sienten como nuevas La SmartTV bien El AA bastante potente

Las Albercas mas sucias de lo común, aun sin tanta gente como en temporadas altas, el servicio de personal en las albercas ya no es el mismo Que no estén habilitados los 4 elevadores, fue fatal estarse formando para subir a las habitaciones Mucho personal no tiene el sentido del servicio

Buena ubicación

No nos dieron la habitación que reservamos. Ya no quisimos discutir. La vez anterior fuimos también hace 3 semanas tampoco nos la dieron hasta que el Botones muy amable fue a cambiarla. La tina del baño sucia.
