STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY AND KEPT CHECKING IN TO ENQUIRE IF EVERYTHING WAS OK. THE HOTEL IS SUPER CLEAN AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED

The hotel is very nice and clean. unfortunately the hotel workers at the pool for example are looking for people who smoke in order to take some money from them. They say they will call the police. When I was there I saw it happening 3 times to different people. They came to me as well, but I said that they are welcome to call the police.. I’m ok. It happens there all the time. Very big problem - Hilton hotel!!! Next time me and my friends will go to nuweba.. dahab.. not to Hilton Taba off course. Also my room didn’t have any sea or garden view. Only a view to the border. We came to ask to change the rooms a few times. But very soon we understand that no one at the reception even cares. And I was there with my 5 years old dotter and my perents.

Beautiful beach, yummy food, pleasant service. Music is a bit loud at the beach. Rooms at the Nelson are nice and large. Lunch and dinner doesn’t include drinks (not even water) which was a bit disappointing. There is no service at the pool or beach (you need to go to the bar yourself).
