Room was clean and comfortable. The security staff treated me horrible they were very intimating went through my luggage twice and took my speaker and when I checked out security had me wait over 30 min. To get my Speaker back. When I first tried the speaker after they took it from me it did not work and looked like it may have drooped it. Also at check out they made me wait over 20min so that then could check the room for damage. I have never had this happen at any hotel and it made me feel like I was not trusted.

It was great overall, the staff is helpful, the rooms at the village are great and comfortable, the animation team is lovely! Brrakfast and dinner were great! The best part was the Spa! pay a visit at the Spa!

A very bad service, very bad stuff, they want only money, the asked for extra charge for my kids depite the fact i declare about thim whdn i made my reservation, but after i called hotels.com they didn't take the extra charge Fhe room wasn't clean and was noisy, the room was at the first floor and there was a motor noise. If you give the workers tips, they will help you, if not they will ignore you
