Ashford International Hotel & Spa

Good facilities to enable a relaxing stay. Pool, sauna,steam room and jacuzzi. Gym was also well equipped.Staff were helpful and food was OK.

Was unable to eat in restaurant as I had not pre booked even though it was not full. Had also not been advised to book restaurant on arrival. Had to eat in bar where staff were very helpful Locks on changing room lockers were challenging!

Reception staff were very helpful - especially as we needed to change rooms, due to mums limited mobility. The staff in the restaurant, for afternoon tea, were extremely accommodating. One of our party had recently been diagnosed with food allergies. Hotel had not been informed, but staff ensured that a full experience was given. Very attentive.

Breakfast buffet could have been refilled more frequently, bread and pastries too. However, it was a busy period and it didn’t adversely impact on our stay

I enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, swimming, gym also lessons

It’s a perfect location for the euro tunnel. It’s clean

The breakfast was cold, there was plenty to choose from, and the choice was great just cold
