We had a super comfy bed

Our sink didn’t drain properly and I would prefer to have no carpet which seems to be the renovations other places have made.

Very convenient location, the woman at the front desk could not have been nicer. Bed was comfy.

The window opens which was great because the room was SO hot even after we changed the thermostat but there’s NO SCREEN so beware if you travel with little kids. The shower floor looked like it needed a really good scrub. I realize they clean quickly but there’s was dust on some surfaces that gave me the feel it’s a once over and lacking a thorough clean. The fridge had a leak in it somewhere and we kept hearing the water running which was driving us crazy until we figured it out and found the puddle in it. The bathroom sink stopper prevented any water from draining and didn’t have any other “setting” unless it was taken out. We were accidentally given a room that was either not cleaned or was still in use and it WREAKED of smoke from just opening the door for a second. They fixed the situation and gave us another room. There was a room down the hall that had the door ajar the entire time we were in the hotel which seemed weird. The maintenance room or whatever is across the hall from the elevator’s door was also ajar our entire stay. The ice machine worked but there was a big puddle with a caution cone on it.

The room I was in was beside the utility room where the cleaning people were in and out of. I work nights so I didn’t get restful sleep. Oy I’ll be back but I’ll make sure they don’t give me that room!

Comfortable beds, great location and super friendly staff.

The room could've been a little cleaner but it wasn't a huge deal. However, the shower definitely needed a more detailed clean and the drain was also clogged, causing water to build up and overflow onto the floor.
