Price was reasonable. Room was clean.

I waited 10 minutes for the desk clerk to appear at check in. I rang the chime 4 times. Finally, I called the hotel on my mobile phone. She answered and came out of a back room off the lobby. Claimed she didn't hear the chime. WTF
