"Another great stay"

Another great stay at The Crown. The room is really nice and the luxury toiletries a bonus. Staff are really friendly. The use of the pool and spa facilities is a bonus for the price we paid. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff were very helpful.

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The shower curtain was missing. A spare blanket would have been good.

The staff really made this a great stay. In particular the bar and restaurant staff, with a special mention for Matthew who couldn't believe we had walked from Ripon. The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast. Great facilities in the room with a kettle and Nespresso machine.
