Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were friendly throughout. A great range of facilities from coffee lounge, bar and swimming pool. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Boroughbridge itself doesn't have a great deal to offer, and the pubs and restaurants are on the pricey side, but we chose this location as it's conveniently located close to York, where hotel prices are quite high, and tend not to include parking! So would recommend The Crown if you're looking for a lovely place outside of York.

Its just ok for the price

My room was given before my arrival and tgat person signed my details. Staff completely over looked the details. Manager apologised many times but the mistake was a big error. Checkin took nearly 30 mins. There should be some sort of complementary stuff provided or reduced in price but nothing mentioned. Breakfast was just ok. Contacted the stuff to fill the milk, fruits ran out never brought again etc.
