"Great hotel but needs updated."

Great location, great views, lovely breakfast lots of choice, friendly staff, quiet for sleeping and very comfortable bed.

Shower and bathroom need modernised, old white tiles need replaced. Bedroom furniture needs refurbished, plugs and sockets not convenient for using appliances, had to crawl on the floor to plug in my hairdryer.

La gentillesse du personnel

Très déçue par la qualité des services vu le prix des chambres. J'étais surprise de ne voir aucun article de toilettes offerts dans la salle de bain, il y a des serviettes et c'est tout. Les oreillers sont durs. Et le petit dej très basique, pas énormément de choix, et pas super bon non plus. C'est ça un Crown Plaza ??
