"alles prima in orde"

Ontbijt: Voldoende ruim buffet, voldoende plaats in lichtrijke ruimte Kamer : alles is aanwezig. Goed bed. Netjes

Ontbijt: we hadden misschien graag ook wat kaasschijven gezien, maar uiteraard we zijn in Schotland, dus is het vooral English breakfast Kamer en badkamer: misschien iets meer kapstokken of hangers voorzien in de badkamer voor handdoeken of kleren Liften: werkten zeer traag en stopten op bijna alle verdiepen zonder dat er om gevraagd was. Daardoor kon het zeer lang duren voor je op je kamer of beneden was. Men had wel verwittigd dat de liften in onderhoud waren.

"Noisy and uninterested staff"

There was ongoing construction work that woke us up. The lifts were being repaired, however the lifts were right next to our room. When I complained they were not interested at all!! I said they should avoid having people in the room next to the lofts whilst the work was being carried out. They replied they do try to. So why was put in it?!!!
