I stayed there for the second time. I used the gym and ate in the restaurant. All of these were excellent. I enjoyed my stay and it was great for my concert venue. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent.

I feel that the parking fee of £12 is unfair seeing that customers pay for staying as a guest within the hotel. I would understand the fee if it was for someone who is not a hotel resident.

Convienent location close to SEC and city centre. Ambient temperature. Views from room, Facilities Steam room, swimming pool jacquzi,

Breakfast, infrequent replacement of bedsheets and pillow covers, coffee, milk sachet, moisturiser, soap, insufficient hangers for clothes, towels. Sky TV didn't work.
