Breakfast was excellent.

I liked the bed it was very comfy and the room was decent. I also like to use the facilities like the pool, sauna, steam room etc and I like that the concierge will look after your luggage until you're ready to leave.

The fridge was broken and when I spoke to reception I said that I wasn't sure if it was plugged in or not as I'd tried to look myself and the plug sockets are hidden behind a unit so I wasn't able to reach them but no one came up to the room to see what was up or to check which I find upsetting as they could've at least tried. I mean if they knew it was broken I feel like they should've told me that it's not plugged in due to it being broken at the moment. I only booked this hotel to use the pool and facilities the next day and also the fact the room comes with a fridge, as I usually buy food and like to store it in the fridge to keep fresh as well as some juice so I was really disheartened that it wasn't working and I'd paid £200 for the room which it didn't even come with breakfast either and then I learn later on after my concert that the fridge in my room was broken too so was rather frustrating, would've rather they moved me rooms due to that inconvenience, I understand the hotel might've been busy but to not even make me aware that the fridge wasn't working and I had to find out for myself due to putting my juice in the fridge and I went to receive one after the concert to find that it was warm.

Location for what we had planned

Location was great for a concert at the SEC. Room was nice and clean, breakfast great. Nice bar area.

Air con didn't work in my room which was much too hot. Took absolutely ages to get served at the bar in the evening.
