Large room. Clean and tidy.

No air conditioning and the fan didn't work. It was the hottest day ever so understand this can't be controlled.

Facilities and staff went above and beyond to help

It was all fantastic

The location was great for what I wanted (somewhere very near the M4). The room was also very clean and tidy.

The rules on parking could be a little clearer. The check-in touch screen says free for the weekend, which could suggest that if you leave first thing on a Monday, say by 8am, there would be no charge. On the advice of a hotel colleague I paid for the 24hr parking for the Monday in order to avoid the advertised fine. I was told that the free parking ends at 3am on a Monday, and for what it's worth, I left at 6am.

There is a lot of noise coming from the room next door. The people upstairs keep walking around nonstop, and the room is not soundproof.
