Emplacement, parking

Notre réservation comportait un lit d’appoint … la première nuit nous avons eu le droit à un matelas au sol sans couette ni oreiller… cela a été rectifié la deuxième nuit mais avec un bébé de 6 mois c était plus fatiguant qu’autre chose … Aucun dédommagement n’a été proposé pour cette nuit. Mais proposer un matelas au sol sans fournir de couette ni d’oreiller nous a profondément déçu. Réservation vue sur mer mais la première nuit nous étions à au niveau du toit du restaurant donc la vue était plus qu’horrible malgré la mer dans le fond ( demander un étage élevé ..)

Le personnel est sympathique et l'hôtel est bien placé en bord de Mer.

Les équipements sont très vieillissants, murs de la chambre tachés, rideaux troués, toilettes et sols abîmés. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénové. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas conforme à nos attentes.

"Je connais parfaitement l'hôtel depuis plus de 30a mais il se dégrade"

le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. La taille du lit XXL. La qualité des draps.

la douche avait des taches de moisissures et une serviette était trouée. Qu'il font payé les matelas et transat de la piscine alors qu'il y a quelques années cela est offert.
