Good location with parking. Bathroom was excellent. Buffet Breakfast was quite good.

Bed was placed directly under the air conditioning unit. The fridge didn’t work.

Note: car parking needs to be paid for & in hot weather not every room has AC.

Location close to city. Easy to find and travel to and from by car.

Hotel cost of parking. Parked in council car park far cheaper and easier to use.

Nice big hotel reminde ship because of long, winding corridors. Good spa and gym. Some refurbishment would do. Good location although not in the city centre, but 15 minutes by foot. We got a nice room as requested. Good restaurant on site. Nice staff. Got an additional two hours at check out.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, stylish and very comfortable, with immaculate rooms and a wonderful bed. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, from arranging a breakfast box and a 5am taxi to offering directions with a smile. The breakfast was first class, and the small touches, like the cheerful barman always providing a large glass of ice, made my stay truly memorable.

Nothing at all. My stay exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t fault either the hotel or the staff.

The location is fantastic - out of town enough for tranquility and close enough for a nice stroll. The hotel itself is quaint and suits a short stay or stop over. The spa facilities are good, the pool is on the small side though but if timed right you can enjoy with just a few other people.

I felt there needed to be a little more attention to detail regarded the cleaning. I didn't like the fact my room only had a roof window so I couldn't look out. There is plenty of parking but unfortunately the car park is run by the local council so you can not pay up-front and need to ensure you are up early enough to pay for the parking, which you can do via an app.

All was very good, apart from the air con not working in room 106 on the hottest week in May, and not having another room with working air con to offer
