Une nuit d hôtel dans une chambre parfaite et très propre. Petit déjeuner excellent et beaucoup de choix. Personnels au top et aux petits soins. Nous avons pris le parking payant qui nous a été offert. Encore merci

Arrivée tardive. Check in rapide et efficaces le lendemain car ils nous ont trouvé un set de brosse à dent après avoir cherché vraiment quelques minutes pour mon fils.

Chambre un peu petiteais c'était très bien. Lit assez confortable, j'ai adoré votre oreiller, je voulais repartir avec ! Le petit déjeuner était sympa mais je trouve que 10€ c'est bien trop cher pour ce que c'est. Personnel très gentil et disponible. Un plaisir d'être venu avec mon husky qui a aussi été très bien accueilli.

L'hôtel a répondu à nos attentes : confortable, au calme, bonne situation géographique touristique (ligne tram-bus à proximité pour Biarritz et Bayonne) Règles d'hygiène relatives au COVID respectées Seul bémol l'Ibis n'a pas de restaurant mais possibilité de réserver au restaurant de l'hôtel Novotel qui est juste à côté
