Acceuil très souriant et agréable après quatre heure de trajet , explication efficace sur la fonctionnalité de l'hôtel , literie de bonne qualité ,propreté irréprochable,bonne insonorisation avec sas d'entrée cloisonné par une porte complémentaire ,petit déjeuner choix varié et de qualité , repas du soir au restaurant du novotel qui propose une cuisine très qualitative en fraîcheur et en sensations gustatives (une remise de prix est dispensée au client de l'hôtel ibis ). J'ai aussi bénéficier d'un tarif réduit pour ma chambre à l'hôtel ibis en réservant ma chambre par internet . Je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement .

"hotel con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo"

Hotel in posizione periferica vicino all'aereoporto di Anglet, facilmente accessibile in auto. Il centro di Biarritz dista 4 Km ed è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in auto. L'hotel è in ottime condizioni. E' presente sia un parcheggio all'esterno davanti all'hotel che in area scoperta protetta (a pagamento). Il personale è molto cortese ed efficiente. La disponibilità è massima. La camera è un po' piccola, come in tutti gli IBIS, ma razionale. Ho chiesto una camera silenziosa, e mi è stata assegnata una camera nella quale non si sentiva un rumore. Ho richiesto un bollitore in camera e mi è stato consegnato seduta stante. Colazione non provata. Wi-Fi gratuito perfetto. Consiglio questo hotel e ci ritornerei.
