The location is great and resort is beautiful but

In room facilities were not up to the mark, even dental kit was not kept in room, tv was broken

The spa staff very friendly Mike at the Jacaranda restaurant was fantastic and the tepanyaki restaurant very good

In general the communal spaces are neglected and dirty Pool furniture needs urgent maintenance and cleaning Battle to get bar service on the beach The general manager is non existent as well as lack of supervision and management Hotel does not supply cool drinks for diabetics Passageway floors and staircases are dirty Not once were they cleaned during our stay

Family suit - newly renovated, with 2 full bathrooms. Walkable resort - you don't need a buggy to go about the resort. Food and drinks - some of the best food and wine we have had in an exotic island ever, even the buffet was amazing and we never needed to explore other restaurants in the resort because the buffet was thematic every evening. Sea - water was pristine Activities - plenty of activities for kids. Entertainment - very nice evening program at the beach bar. Mosquitos - guess what? There were no mosquitos!

Spa - to be fully honest, I did not enjoy the spa. The people working there were not the kindest and didn't feel like they are very professional. I booked one foot massage if felt like the masseuse is doing me a favor (judging by her face and manners). I also had my hair done for a special event - same - one of the hairdressers was seemingly in a bad mood, they had no hair spray. Just overall - SPA not at the same level as the rest of the resort. Beach/Sand - the sand is not very fine but that's not the resort's fault.

Eau verte en décor à l’entrée de l’hôtel: c surprenant. Mobilier vieillissant Aucune énergie ressentie dans l’espace accueil L’extrémité de la piscine centrale: sale, des évacuations sortantes Piscine pour les adultes: carreaux décolorés et manquants Cocktails au bar de la plage manquants de décor sur le verre ( pas de fruits sur le rebord du verre) Manque de diversité de repas par rapport à d'autres 5* voir même 4*
