Beautiful beach

Room did not at all match what was described in the booking Fewer restaurants than expected (all not open) Only the buffet (not the other restaurants) is included in half/full board - not aligned with the description at the time of booking

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse infinie. Le kids club, la piscine, le bar, le resto tout est parfait! Nous avons quitté l'hôtel le coeur lourd! J'espère pouvoir y revenir un jour!

The water for the room was paid for, the towels were unclean, the shower smelled bad from the drain, the cleaning staff opened the door while you were inside, and the breakfast was not varied. Our towels were taken during cleaning.

La chambre très spacieuse merci beaucoup et très propre, une belle vue sur le jardin pas besoin de vue sur la mer pour être content.

Pas assez de café Transats en résine ;complètement fichus J’aurais eu honte de proposer de genre de transats dans mes locations !!! Le ménage des communs ( escaliers) douche du spa inexistant !!! Allées des jardins en très mauvais état Nous avons ressenti un laissé aller au niveau de l’hôtel 4 étoiles pour moi corresponde mieux que 5

Overall , sofitel is a big nice resort with spacious rooms for families. The breakfast buffet was good and well assisted. (I love animals, but those who don't would not like seeing cats walking around breakfast area and jumping on chairs and table) We enjoyed the pool area and beach bar for sunset. The boat house was very helpful and my son could enjoy windsurfing.

We spend 5 days at the resort and impossible to get a massage. They said they were fully booked. Our room was at the far end. With a baby it was not so easy to walk quite a distance. After diner I asked for a buggy, but it took so long to arrive so I walked with the baby. We also asked for a reservation at the Japanese restaurant on our first night, but once we arrived, no reservation was made for us. Since they had vacancy, they accepted us. On a bad note, the server kept rushing asking us what we wanted to order and kept asking us if we finished our plate (which he could clearly see the plate was still full). So we felt rushed and not welcomed for diner. For a big resort , during the day is quite noisy. Since I am travelling with a baby , nap time in the room was difficult as noise of grass cutting and blowers outside was so loud. (I also got stung by a yellow wasp while walking in the garden with my baby on our way to breakfast)

La plage magnifique, l'accès gratuit au sauna et hammam, aux activités nautiques (kayak, snorkeling, paddle), la taille de la chambre et du balcon. Baignoire et douche, double vasques. Salle de sport. Très beau complexe sur une plage magnifique

Le petit déjeuner a baissé en qualité ( nous étions venus il y a 2 ans). Chambre 201 sans vraie vue océan et un horrible bruit de moteur de hotte en continu. Heureusement, les employés ont accepté notre de demande de changer de chambre.

The resort set up is amazing, view is stunning

Very bad service, non qualified team with intern alone at the reception. Used tissue in the room on arrival, no communication between the reception and the restaurant (reservation confirmed for lobster evening by the reception with paper proof without letting us in for 2 hours because our names and room numbers weren’t in the list…) Service at Breakfast and dinner buffet is very mediocre

Nice location to watch the sunset, hotel staff was overall very friendly.

Breakfast wasn't great, very little variety for the extremely high price we paid for one night. Shower was clogged and they couldn't fix it, we had to shower quickly to avoid flooding the bathroom. Our mattress had a strange stench to it, I would expect a lot better for a 5-star hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.
