Hotel davvero splendido, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Camere perfette, ambienti eleganti e soprattutto una pulizia impeccabile, rara da trovare: tutto era ordinato, profumato e tenuto con grande attenzione. Si vede chiaramente la qualità del lavoro svolto e l’attenzione verso il cliente durante il soggiorno.

Purtroppo però devo segnalare un episodio molto negativo al momento del check-out. Una collega presente alla reception si è rivolta nei miei confronti con modi poco educati e un atteggiamento molto scortese, continuando a rispondere in maniera maleducata senza alcun motivo. È stato davvero spiacevole concludere un soggiorno praticamente perfetto con un’esperienza del genere.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The young lady who checked us in cleared up 2 issues that could have significantly affected our vacation. She helped our party of 4 on 3 other areas where she made our plans less complicated and the results were far better than we ever could have imagined.

Hotel je što se tiče lokacije, doručka, čistoće i udobnosti bio u redu.

Senzor protupožarnog alarma proizvodi čudan ticking zvuk, pomalo nervira. Zvao sam recepciju, rekli su da će riješit, ali nisu. Imaju čudan sistem naplate sa preautorizacijama, naprave prvo 2 rezervacije pa tek onda naplatu, tako da praktički zamrznu 2 puta veći iznos za naplatu, pa se to tek danima poslije " odmrzne". Kako je to prvi put da se susrećem s tim ekscentričnim načinom naplate, prouzročilo mi je financijsku neugodnost. Biti oprezan kod naplate i tražiti dobro pojašnjenje.

They asked to block an amount on the credit card as warranty, but the minibar was empty... A four star hotel should offer the slippers for the room (already there). Apparently in this hotel they are available "on request" and their quality was so bad that you nedeed one minute to put the foot in... The hotel is old and consumed. It would need a real maintenance. It is obviously not a 4* hotel. Maybe 3*.
