地段可以，距离火车站不远，步行方便，但是路面不平，推大行李箱的话还是挺累的。酒店对过有一家大超市和麦当劳。前台员工态度好，房间整洁安静，我们住的这一间卫生间超大。

Što se tiče samog boravka, sve je bilo uredno i čisto, doručak je bio raznolik.

Unatoč urednosti i čistoći, veliki problem nastao je prilikom naplate. S računa mi je umjesto 538 eura za 3 noći skinuto preko 1000 eura. Smatram da je takva predautorizacija apsolutno previsoka i nepotrebna te goste dovodi u vrlo neugodnu financijsku situaciju. Povrat tog iznosa traje danima, što je još jedan veliki minus, a ono što posebno zabrinjava je to da vraćeni iznos na kraju nije u potpunosti odgovarao stvarnoj cijeni. Takva praksa ostavlja loš dojam i stvara nepovjerenje, bez obzira na kvalitetu samog hotela.

The hotel was generally pleasant. The bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

However, there were several issues during our stay. There was constant noise coming from an electrical cabinet or motion sensor in the room, which kept turning on throughout the night and created unnecessary disturbance. My colleague reported this, and we were told that someone would come to check it the next day, but this never happened. Additionally, there were problems with the payment. When booking through Booking, it was stated that the accommodation would be paid upon arrival. However, a certain amount was charged to my account on the day of the reservation. Upon arrival, we were told that this amount would be refunded (which it was, three days after departure), but then another charge was made. At one point, the total amount taken from my account exceeded the actual cost of the three-night stay. On the day of departure, the correct amount was charged — twice. The preauthorization charges exceeded €1000 in total (while the reservation itself was around €500), and this money was only fully returned a week after we left the hotel.

Klima koja nije mogla da se podesi. U kupatilu nije bilo grejanja.

Venedig ist wunderschön , aber teuer. Die Unterkunft in Mestre zu wählen war deutlich günstiger würde ich so aber nicht noch einmal wählen da es dort wirklich scheußlich ist. Die Überfahrt mit dem Bus geht schnell, aber die Busse sind so unangenehm voll dass die zwanzig Minuten nervig sind. Das Hotel war sehr durchschnittlich , vor allem das Frühstück fand ich nicht gut. Vom Kaffee bis zum Ei alles kalt, die Auswahl an Kuchen großzügig ( typisch italienisch) aber der Rest mäßig.

El desayuno bien, lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El personal muy amable y servicial. Nos indicaron muy bien como movernos a Padua y a Venecia.

Pasé por 2 habitaciones. La primera tenia un ruido insoportable que resulto muy desagradable para poder dormir. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y perfecta, sin ruidos pero muy pequeña, casi rozando la incomodidad. Eso sí, nos descontaron algo del precio.
