The location and the staff

We was on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people on the 3rd floor above us walking and moving around. It was really loud.

Just the location

It is in desperate need of updating. The carpets are filthy and they smell. The staff was very unfriendly. I had a 4 night stay and during that time the beds were never made and the room never cleaned or vacuumed

Conveniently located.

The elevator smelled of marijuana. All the hallways were hot the carpet in the hallways were stained and there was places all through out that the carpet was raised up which is a fall hazard. The hallways had a bad odor. Our towels were stained. It was just really over all gross
