No soap No shampoo No body wash. Vending machines was on a different floor

Close to convention center

Definitely needs upgrades. Check in clerk messed up my keys twice. Dyslexic in room numbers.

The location is good but the rest is a nightmare

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. The first room had stains all over the bed. We asked for another room, we were given keys to a room someone else was already in. I asked for a room that someone wasn't already in. I wasn't even rude. I was trying to explain my frustration, and the man literally started yelling at me. I've never in my life been spoken to like that. No apology for anything. He slammed the keys on the counter and didn't say a word to me. I literally went to the new room and cried. The third room smelled like cigarettes even through it was a no smoking room. Didn't even try to change rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's not worth the money. We had such a bad experience, we've put in a complaint with Wyndham. No immediate action, but I couldn't just let this man treat me like that. If you want to be treated like a person, don't stay here.
