The beds were comfortable . The hotel was clean . The hotel was very quiet .

My card info was stolen from the hotel either from their systems or from an employee. I heard the employee in a heated argument on the phone over money . And 10 minutes later I get a text from my bank asking about a transaction which I did not approve. I contacted the hotel along with Wyndham home office and got no response .

The room wasn't cleaned before I arrived. The sheets and towels were dirty from the previous guest. The front desk staff was rude and not helpful. When I complained to him that the bed sheets were not clean, he told me to come to the front desk for clean sheets to change the bed myself. Very horrible stay! I will not return.

EVERYTHING this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in gatlinburg, it is perfect location from everything we enjoy doing! the staff always explain what charges are made; they also have under building parking that helps protect the vehicle from weather conditions! The beds are so comfortable the best sleep ever from just how comfortable they rooms are!

The steps are losing their rubber covers so there was a few steps that you could almost fall on if you don’t pay attention.
