Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gatlinburg

Location was the only thing to like.

The place was dirty. Our socks was filthy from walking on the carpet. We could hear everytime the people above us got in and out of bed. Everytime they walked across thier floor. Our mattress had yellow stains going down the side of it. Shower head was broken so water was spraying everywhere.

The staff was nice as always The rooms are nice and clean as always Great location.

Great location, walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. Clean facilities and great value.

The front desk person was a little short with me about trying to check in early.. Other than that a great experience.

Didn't get breakfast. Water pressure was great but drained slow and tub filled. Bed was ok.

Clean and near everything

The evening desk clerk, rude🤨 While speaking with him, he continued to eat chips, ride🤨 Was told housekeeping only came to rooms if we asked directly, was not told that at check in🤨 We asked for new towels, as we had used all towels… desk clerk said he could bring us towels…. He did not

Was a comfortable room liked that my daughter got her own room attached to us. He was within a close distance of downtown which was nice.

You can tell it is an old hotel, it's definitely aged. Blinds in my daughter's room were held together by paper clips that made it pretty fun to open. Our security lock on our door flip lock was broke completely off.
