"Ok for the money."

Front desk attendants were fantastic. It kind of plateaued from there. Nothing remarkable about the room. Someone vacuuming the hallways at 6am the first morning was disappointing.

The heater sound like a dying cat every time it cycled which was about every 40 minutes. The bathroom sink didn’t drain fast enough while using water to brush teeth n the toilet didn’t flush every time

"Wrong ROOM"

I booked a Nice room With a King size bed and received a Handicap small handicap room with a small bed. I told staff repeatedly they said Expidia could not see their computer and I would have to make due . They clerk told me I asked for the disabled room and I did not They never even asked to change room I feel they didn't like me because of the Expidia Booking to be honest

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The stains on the carpet were bad. There was a huge stain on one of the bed spreads which should have been pitched!!! The drain in the bath tub did not work properly and almost ended up taking a bath and a shower at the same time. We got a little discount when I complained but not much! Other than that, it was okay.
