"Comfortable and Quiet"

Very clean room. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were nice and soft. It was very quiet. We had trouble regulating the heat. It blew either cold air or hot air - couldn’t find a mid-range temperature. We ended up turning it off. Soap and small bottle of shampoo were the only toiletry items provided.

"Wonderful stay"

Stayed 2 nights for family reunion. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I hardly heard any noise the whole stay. Definitely will come back!

They're building a new section of room's right now and the room I had was new and very nice. They are still working on the new lobby area.

This hotel is under construction, would be nice if we'd been alerted to that before hand. The driveways on the property are in complete shambles between upper and lower. Upon arrival, we had no TV, told it was out in whole hotel and no time as to when it would be back on, turns out, we didn't have a cable box in our room. Had a room upstairs and no elevator. Lobby is under construction in lower building. Room was comfortable but I hope the hotel itself is in better condition next time we're there.

"not worth the money "

Night we arrive was not greeted with a hello or anything extremely unappreciated that we booked there. very rude staff. There were ants everywhere. second day coming back to room we were locked out and when we did get in someone had been in our room other then a maid. Had new key made and the office was not concerned at all that they had gave our room key to someone else.

this property is outdated dirty stains on carpets hall not air conditioned stale cigarette smells throughout we stayed one night and felt like we needed a shower when we left!!the only thing I can say is there were no bugs.....

"Average rooms/ Hotel staff great"

Rooms were okay. Wish we had been placed in section of hotel that was already renovated. Construction bins and work trucks in parking lot which made getting elderly mother in and out of hotel harder. Also noisier. Staff was very pleasant to deal with and top notch!
