"celebrating a 90th BD "

The trip and stay were great. The building was receiving a new roof during our stay and numerous nails were observed in the parking lot. We didn't pick one up in our tire, but I picked a up a few by hand to prevent flat tires.

"“Managers assign rooms Accordingly”"

I originally reserved a king sized bed for my husband and I. When we got there he checked us in and gave her the confirmation number we had. We got to our room and it was two queen beds. I went downstairs to ask about this, and was told that the manager assigns rooms accordingly. What is the point of a reservation if a manager is going to move the room depending on what they want? There wasn’t even a notice or a discount given since since they decided to change our room. We don’t get to stay at hotels much, so we both look forward to the times we get to, and it was very unfortunate because one of our favorite “luxuries” is being able to sleep in a king bed.

"DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL"

Hotel charged me, when I had already paid through Hotels.com, then I complained. The gal said she removed the entry. NO SHE DID NOT! SHE CHARGED ME AGAIN. Then when I called AGAIN to get it resolved, the lady sent me a account that showed I was paid in full. WELL< YEAH! I paid three times, think I was paid in full. Asked Again, for documentation that they were fixing this. NONE!! Won't reply now. $660 for two SKANKY ROOMS!
