Nice facility

No electricity

The feel and look of the room only to be honest, as nothing else to get excited about. The auto blind, as only one worked, and the other broken, was impressive, but that is just about it.

Staff members are not so friendly, and hard to get a word out of. Though they were not rude nor hostile, they did not give me a warm welcome - maybe it is personalities but nonetheless not satisfied. There were a lot, I mean a lot of cockroaches after lights out at that apartment! Lastly, I did not get any complimentary coffee on arrival, which I saw packed for the next guest, when went to check a forgotten item. Very disappointed with my stay.

Had to pay a full deposit after u book . Nothing was told prior, no soap, no tea coffee,. Lots of small cocroaches

Condom wrapper lying near the bedside table, cockroaches everywhere, bloodstained linen, no tea and coffee, mouldy shower, glass panel hinge loose, bedside lampshades broken, the chairs broken.

There were cockroaches in the room Bed sheets were dirty on the first night, I complained and they gave us new ones Bedding and pillows had a bad smell on them

The location is beautiful

1. I didn't like the check in process I waited for a solid 1 and half hours, the person to facilitate the check in kept saying I will be there in 20mins and only arrived almost 2hrs later, that was very upsetting as I was tired and had an evening function attend 2. being only told about having to pay a security deposit on checking in, worse after that long wait, I have no issue with paying the deposit, but I believe that fact must be disclosed upfront in the booking.com website so that you can proceed with the booking knowing fully well that a deposit is required on checking in 3. The property needed to disclose that they were experiencing power reduction/outages daily for the last month or so, electricity was only available from 9pm to 6am this was terrible and the property didn't even disclose this so that we can organize ourselves, it is terrible, in the 2 nites I spent there I only had electricity on Friday 9pm to 6am and Saturday night again from 9pm to 6am, the property knows the this issue they should disclose it and provide the schedule
