The view and the cleanliness

That the bathroom had no door.

I was satisfied with everything.

That there wasn't wifi ....

Dirty and Broken torn duvet,dustbin was Broken and not emptied,mop and bucket still in bathroom,someones shaver was still in the shower.i traveled for business and there was no WiFi which i paid for.I Spoke to the Manager at reception and she mentioned this was not the first complaint.

I have stayed there before and it WAS excellent not anymore

Cockroach to much in apartment No coffee or tea No bathroom door No tumbel dry as said on advert No hand soap in bathroom Cleaning staff just unlock door and walk in while still sleeping

The view was great place was comfy and had good facilities like, ( kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster etc). Location is also good walking distance from shops and restaurants.

The place a horrible fishy smell that did not go away. Place had large glass windows and the blinds on one side were broken which was not ideal for sleeping with the bright city lights. The bedding and towels had stains on them. The spare pillows didn’t have cases on them The smell and the stains made me question the cleanliness. The door could do with an extra latch to make it a bit more secure as well
