The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The landscaping was beautiful and everything was clean and neat. The room was comfortable and spacious.

There isn’t much to do at the hotel itself. The pool was kinda dirty, the outdoor fire pit was broken, and the king suite did not have a jacuzzi tub in it like the website showed. The breakfast was not that great either for it being hyped up.

Excellent property. Immaculate, well designed and tastefully decorated. The restaurant is awesome, as is the bartender Lee. Kudos to the desk manager Clarence, who is welcoming and dedicated to making sure you have a wonderful stay. This is a quiet boutique hotel perfect for business or leisure travel. Can’t say enough good things about it,

Great Hotel.

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was with the opening time of the breakfast restaurant. We had to get an early start to get to an appointment and the restaurant was still dark at 6:15 when we were told it would open at 6:00 a.m. We ended up leaving without having the chance to try it out. I hope we have the chance to stay here again in the future.

It is an above average experience in a hotel that doesn't sit on road noise and has gorgeous rooms that are large and accommodating, with an excellent restaurant and bar located within The staff are all helpful and professional as well as eager to please, especially Clarence. The restaurant food is incredible while the drinks are made to perfection. Clean, comfortable, and pleasing all around.

Our room wasn’t ready on time which is understandable given staffing issues these days but the staff made no effort to provide any sort of hospitality while we waited. A bottle of water, an invite or discount on a drink in the hotel restaurant or something along those lines would have been a very nice touch. Room was ok, loved the fireplace but the couch in the living area was not comfy at all. One wall of plug ins didn’t work. For the money we spent on a “presidential suite”, I expected more.

I have been traveling to Little Rock every three weeks or so for about 8 months now. I have stayed in the Financial District. I have stayed out in the Chenal Parkway area. I have stayed downtown. I've stayed in hotels, air bnb's, etc. But the BEST place I have found is the Burgundy Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and so nice. Housekeeping comes every day like a real hotel. You don't have to ask for it. The amenities are lovely. The coffee is perfect. The restaurant is nice. The location is 10 minutes to almost anywhere. Clarence is the best. I won't stay anywhere else ever again!
